YAYYYYYY!!!!! CHRISTMAS!!!!! To quote the song “It’s the most wonderful time of the yeaaaaarrrr” and no doubt you’re looking forward to a nice break from work.
However, you might be busy over the Christmas period delivering great days out to families who have booked for your event or attraction.
It’s the 24th of December and there they are, all your customers queuing up waiting to come in.
Quickly you need to check everyone booked in for the day.
You try to log on to your ticketing booking system and find that you can’t or something is wrong.
In a heartbeat you pick up the phone and find that your ticket system provider has closed up office for Christmas. AGGGGHHHHRRRR!!!! You break out into a cold sweat.
Frantically you try again to log on. It’s not having it. All other websites are working.
At this point you black out…. If only you had used WebTicketManager.
