We’re Responsive in more ways than one

When it comes to responding to your needs we like to think we can deliver. We love to hear feedback on our system be it from box offices, attractions or ticket buyers.

When we get feedback we try our best to react to it if it’s with regard to an improvement, a feature or an issue. That’s us responding in one way.

The other way we respond to you is actually on the website itself. A lot of people have been saying to us how useful it is to have a “Responsive web site“.

If you’re not familiar with the term then what it means is that when you view a responsive site the site determines the display area of the browser you’re using and adapts itself accordingly to fit.


We have developed the WebTicketManager sales portal to do just that. So when your customers are, say, using an iPhone then they will have a much larger, clearer and functional buying experience without all the pinching and zooming.


This negates the need for phone and tablet specific apps and anything we introduce to the system is automatically replicated cross platform.
