How WebTicketManager works
Setting up your ticket selling platform with WebTicketManager is fast and free. We can set up a basic selling site in as little as 2 hours and we only charge you once you start selling. Our fee structure starts at 4% of the ticket price and when your revenue builds to more than £100,000, the fees you pay start to fall.
Booking Fees: Some events choose to add a booking fee to cover the costs and administration costs. 5% or 6% is the rule of thumb or a flat fee based on the ‘face value’ of your intended ticket price.
BoxOfficeNetwork
With our unique BoxOfficeNetwork module you can achieve higher ticket sales and gain additional revenue all at once. You can easily set up your own network of affiliate sellers and reward them (typically 10%) for selling your tickets. The WebTicketManager platform can handle all the payments and settlement of funds.

WebTicketManager is designed to work seamlessly with your existing software – ensuring minimal downtime and giving you a host of benefits when it comes to seeing the overall picture of your festival operations.

Customer relations management: With full integration with your CRM system, our platform gives you the opportunity to keep in touch with your customers and to nurture them through the sales process.
Mobile validation: With so many people needing to get through the gates, festivals can often mean long queues. Shorten them by using mobile validation of tickets to keep everyone happy.
