Maximising Facebook for Business
This workshop starts on the 13 December, one hour a day on Zoom, over four days as follows:

14 December 9:30-10:30am

Attendees must be able to attend all sessions to be eligible.
Facebook business pages have been through some significant changes in the last two years, most notably a reduction in business page visibility if you’re posting the wrong type of content. This workshop will show you how to embrace this, continue to generate leads and increase engagement on your posts with some very simple steps.
This training session is for businesses who have a basic Facebook page but are struggling to get engagement on posts and are not achieving business leads. The online Facebook workshops will equip you with the skills required to adapt and manage your Facebook page to attract more business with the right content and strategy to increase engagement and rank higher on Facebook when people search for similar products/services.The key areas that will be covered include:
How to use Facebook to promote products and services, as well as growing brand awareness
How to edit a Facebook page so that it is highly visible in the searches
What makes good content on Facebook
The do’s and don’ts when it comes to posting content
Understanding hashtags and how to effectively use them on Facebook
How to increase engagement and grow followers in the target market
Using Facebook groups to increase reach
Understanding the settings and analytics to improve performance
Throughout the workshop delegates will:
Identify and map out their ideal customer to help create content that resonates with their audience
Adapt their Facebook page to appeal to potential customers
Practice posting different types of posts
Learn how to increase engagement and reach with their posts
Gain a whole host of engaging content ideas
Learn how to schedule Facebook posts
Over the week, we will ll be adapting your pages to appeal to your target client group and showing you how to interact with potential clients, generate rapport and positive feedback. By the end of the sessions, you will have an updated Facebook page that will appeal to your ideal client and a clear understanding of how to create engagement with your potential customers.
Who Can Attend?
You need to be registered, or be eligible to register, on the ERDF-funded Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme. To be eligible you must be:
Small/medium – your business must be an SME. An SME has under 250 staff, turnover of £45 million and any ownership by a wider commercial group is below 25%.
Local – your business address (registered or trading) or home address is within the Cheshire East, the Cheshire West and Chester, or the Warrington council areas.
Able to commit to receiving 12 hours of support through our workshops and 1:1s

How To Join The Workshop
Once you have registered your interest through Eventbrite, a member of the team will be in contact to confirm your eligibility and place on the workshop. You will then be provided with a link to join the sessions via Zoom. If you have not used Zoom before, try downloading and testing it out beforehand.
