Liverpool Boat Tour operates half hour tours of the Royal Albert Dock, aboard The Princess, a classic passenger boat, lovingly refurbished over the past two years. The Princess carries just over 60 passengers who enjoy live commentary as they cruise around the dock on a half hour tour.

When the popular tourist attraction started they relied solely on walk up trade from people walking around the Albert Dock. Partner Nick Hancock was then introduced to the team at WebTicketManager who explained how easy it was to start selling tickets online. With no contracts or tie-in’s and no up front fees it was not a difficult decision for Nick and his business partner.

Within a couple of days Liverpool Boat Tour was up and running with a live online Booking Page and everything they needed to sell tickets including a full managed control panel and payments gateway.
