Up sell, Cross sell, Sell more!!
Up Selling and Cross Selling are widely used as a way to boost revenue from your customers and WebTicketManager will allow you to do both.
Up selling is selling more of your own products when a customer is buying your tickets. WebTicketManager allows you to offer your customers additional products when they get to the checkout. It’s the equivalent of ‘people who bought this also liked these’ and a widely used business practice by major brands like Amazon.
Cross selling is about recommending other business’s products when someone is buying from you.
Once a customer has fully completed their purchase from you (and the payment is safely in your account) you can offer these other products as ‘added value’ where someone might buy a ticket from you and you offer them a complementary attraction in the same area. Not only do you help your customers have a better experience but you can earn a fee on every ticket sold.
In both cases it’s easy to set up through your WTM console and once in place all purchases, payments and fees that you can earn are automatically taken care of.
