WebTicketManager360 Core Functionality
WebTicketManager 360 (WTM360) is a fully-hosted digital online ticket transaction engine that enables the tourism, leisure and event industries to quickly and easily promote and sell their ticket inventory from their own website, multiple sales channels and through an affiliated network including Destination Management Organisations (DMO’s), Online Market Places (OMP’s) and Online Travel Agents (OTA’s).

- WTM360 shares your inventory in real time through a sophisticated and vast network of re-sale channels to maximise revenue streams from instant ticketing through affiliate websites and sales channels.
- WTM360 empowers consumers to make decisions and complete every stage of their purchasing process, including payment and production of a “print-at-home” ticket / voucher / receipt. This “ticket” could be used to gain entry or access but it could equally be a “receipt” “voucher” or “instruction document”. In all occurrences, the sale is complete and the money has transacted.
- WTM360 provides an optional payment aggregator cash-collection process that includes all payment processing, bank and credit card fees as well as distribution funds to correct beneficiaries.
- WTM360 is able to utilise your own Internet merchant Number (IMN) whereby the WTM transaction engine directs funds instantly from buyer to seller seamlessly.
- WTM36 has been developed in a SaaS (Software as a Service) framework and is delivered on an “available to all” subscription-free basis with all costs generated through revenues received.
